One man called the operation a scam, but I wouldn't repeat that.
Owners were friendly, but the operation was understaffed and sometimes I was forced to wait for dirt; once almost a half hour.
We found almost $1,000 the first day of easy money on our pit dig it was amazing!!
I got my money out of the pay-dig, but not so everyone else...it was pricey, sweaty endeavor, so that was unfortunate.
It was 3 years ago but I had a great time here and in the nearby public Sunstone area

Spent July 2nd and 3rd doing the all you can eat sunstone buffet, we had a blast, found nice quality stones. Staff all super friendly and ready to five pointers if needed. They offer free water and free camping with fee dig. It's hot, bring sunblock!
